MOUNTAIN MAN
This one will sustain you through the roughest terrain. It’s a savory combination of turkey breast, deli ham and choice roast beef served on a hoagie then topped with melted provolone cheese, onions, black olives, green peppers, lettuce and tomato, with our own special sauce.

MOUNTAIN WOMAN
Same as the Mountain Man, but dressed slightly different. The special sauce is replaced with a ranch dressing. Tasty!

MUSTARD’S LAST STAND
Not for the faint-of-heart. Wafer thin slices of hame and your choice of cheese are piled high on a hoagie with Grandma’s Homemade Mustard, our own tangy blend of spices with just the right amount of fire.

MRS. PINKLY’S BRIDGE CLUB CHICKEN SALAD
This one is an old family recipe from Missouri. Mrs. Pinkly, who lived to be 102, was famous for her chicken salad and always had well-attended bridge parties because of it. Large chuncks of chicken, celery and pecans are blended lightly with mayonnaise and served on toast.

RACHAEL’S REUBEN
Named after our oldest daughter, this is a variation of an old favorite and we think it’s better! Tender layers of corned beef and delicately seasoned sauerkraut are topped with melted Swiss cheese and a special sauce and served in a pita bread.

PITA POCKET PARADISE
Named by a hungry and witty friend, this one has provolone and cheddar cheese melted over roast beef, topped with green onions, green peppers and black olives. This flavorful combination is served in pita bread with ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato.

BEEF STAMPEDE
A beef eater’s dream! Roast beef and corned beef are topped with your choice of cheese and served on a hoagie with horseradish sauce and your choice of toppings.

CHEESE, GLORIOUS CHEESE
The cheese sandwich to end all cheese sandwiches! Slices of Swiss, provolone and American cheese are layered with green pepper and green onions and sprinkled with a zesty seasoning. All are melted and served on toasted bread slightly spread with ranch dressing and topped with a tomato.

GARDEN PATCH
For the vegetable lover with an appetite. Provolone cheese and cheddar cheese are melted over broccoli, cauliflower, celery, green peppers, green onions, black olives and any other vegetables we happen to have around. Served in a pita with lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.

BARELY ACROSS THE BORDER
This one is just far enough South to satisfy that taste for Mexican food. Cheddar cheese is melted over roast beef and topped with black olives and green onions, then served in a pita along with sour cream, picante sauce, lettuce and tomato.

AUDIE MURPHY
Named after our second daughter. It’s not her particular favorite, but we had to name one after her, too. It’s for the parmesan lover. Roast beef is topped with thinly sliced onions and smothered with parmesan cheese. Provolone cheese is melted over the whole thing and it’s served on a hoagie with mayonnaise.

THAT’S ITALIAN
Next best thing to pizza! We top ham and roast beef with onions, green peppers, black olives and pizza sauce then melt parmesan and provolone cheese over everything and servie it in a pita.

JUNE’S JAMBOREE
The wild and wooly mountain men never had food this good at their get-togethers, but June, being a little wild and wooly herself, should have been there. She came up with this one and it’s proven to be a winner. Swiss, American and Provolone cheesee, layered with green peppers, green onions and a zesty spice are melted over ham and served in a pita with ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato.

KRISTIN’S CALIFORNIA DREAMIN’
This one is from our niece in San Diego. Apparently those Californian’s know how to eat, this is an excellent sandwich. Swiss cheese is melted over thinly sliced turkey breast and chopped broccoli, then served on a Kaiser roll with creamy honey mustard sauce.

ATTILA THE HAM
The ultimate ham sandwich. You’ll want to conquer the world, too, after you eat this one! American cheese is melted over a heaping serving of deli hamm and thinly sliced onions. It’s served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, black olives or anything else you like on a sandwich.
